We were unexpected guests so the room had no dust bin, less than half a toilet roll, no furniture except for the TV stand but it was very clean. The shower/bath needs an update. The staff and breakfast made up for that which was lacking.

This place needs to shut down asap.
From the front desk to the rooms this is a ghost building
.TGCSA must shut this place . Before we even enquire about accodation.....there was no toilet paper in the toilet, the man in the front desk could not answer most questions , we requested to see the rooms ...that's when we were convinced never to go further with the booking. We left the place .

Needs a complete revamp. Walking in it reminded me of a horror movie. Cockroachs walking around, I didn't know where to place my luggage. The net curtains are shockingly old and dirty. The phone doesn't work. I didn't receive the Wi-Fi password but I'm sure it will be a waste of time. We had to ask for towels. I'm so afraid of what might be lurking inside my bed. I think I'll skip tomorrow's breakfast. Definitely, won't be returning. Way to overpriced for what's on offer.

Very friendly staff, nice and peaceful, the swimmingpool is great and best of all is the aircon in every room for Oudtshoorns hot hot days. Definitely going there again.
