The place was ok. The professionalism and the way the place is run is very poor.
The Lady/owner doesn't stick to her word and promises, she will tell you one thing and then change her story the next minute.
Been there a few times after wanting to give it more chances as it was convenient in my area but never again. Would not recommend this place if you're look to relax away from all busy life stress

Friendly host, accommodation suits the pricing maybe a bit more, location is good, room cleaniness was good, room was a bit stuffy, I suppose from being closed up, air-conditioning needed thou was really hot. Would definitely go there again if need be

I had a tranquil time here. Lovely views, Lovely boutique room setting. Sufficient cutlery and crockery for even one night stay. Lovely service.

Lara and her husband are a gem in this hospitality industry, especially in a small town like Pietermaritzburg, many could learn a lot from them. They are just a beautiful breath of fresh air.
