Scanning in and out of vehicles and license cards at the entrance and exit gates of the hospital (great system), the security guards were very friendly. The hospital staff were extremely friendly, the hospital was clean. The security lady sitting at the entrance door (maternity ward), had such bad attitude. The restaurant does not have a very sanitary/clean vibe- very messy, I couldn't even get myself to buy a can of cool drink, never mind thinking about buying food... But medically speaking - Excellent!!

The treatment my dad receives from the nurses at this hospital is appalling.... the nurses are so rude, without an ounce of empathy and lazy its disgusting. Nurses of today do not have a passion or a love for nursing. They take up nursing just because they know its a guaranteed job once done studying yet neglect the same Tax payers who are paying their salaries... Government needs to stop subsidizing their medical aid so they can know what if feels like to be treated the way they treat our family members... i feel as if thats the only way we can get our health systems in south Africa working properly.. if their service is acceptable why cant it be acceptable for these nurses to be put in their own hospitals? I have taken pictures of my fathers condition and how his basic hygiene has been neglected as well as the names of the nurses in ward C who have no right to call themselves nurses and i am reporting it to department of health because there is no way you can treat people the way they do...!i

I went for my vaccine today and the service was excellent. I had to wait for other teachers to join me but they kept me updated on what was happening and I knew exactly what I was waiting for. I was very anxious on my way to the vaccinating site and seeing how kind and organized the nurses and security ladies were made me relax
I was really happy with the service. Thank you so much.

My wife and I had our first covid vaccination today at grey's hospital. So organized from the entrance gate to the hall where the vaccinations took place. The place was full but everyone was helped by by someone and everything ran smoothly all the staff was very friendly. We were in and out in less than a hour. Well done Grey's. ????

The nurse at the reception was very helpful, the people that we met were also very helpful the dr was very nice to my grandmom, until she was admitted. The nurses in the ward were very welcoming. Lovely experience.

My 14 y/o daughter had her mandible surgery done at the hospital. I was very scared for her. But the Doctors at Max Fax were very compassionate and professional from our very first appointment with them, right until the end. they did an amazing job and are still very supportive and helpful during her recovery. I salute Dr Shembe, Dr Rajkumar, Dr Anne (MaxFax), Nurse Mngadi and Nurse Mkhize (Ward F2) and Nurse Mvemve (Genecology). You guys are a Treasure.
