Ora has always been one of my favorite place but what happened yesterday really hurt my feelings and the love I had for ora.....firstly I will waiter made a mistake with our order , so we went to the management and kindly asked for them to void the extra 12 or beer which was ordered by mistake and the manager gave us attitude and had no intention of helping us.....
.........as someone who works in the same industry I'm very disappointed at how the manager treated us.

Overall experience was great, food was great, drinks were great as well. Our waitress was awesome ❤️. Good place to relax and chill during the day, great place to have fun at night????

Went on a Friday around 3pm for a chillas, they started playing music at 5. Also wasn't pleased by the fact that our waitress offered to put our leftover meat in a takeaway and keep it wherever she mentioned, promised to give it to us when we left. I think that's a strategy to actually steal our food because who will remember that when they're drunk?! Advise, keep your food on your table, don't let them take it to store it for you.

So myself n my miss decided to try this place out,firstly the couldn't do my steak well done fine I had a bloody steak, Second thing was we couldn't get a salad to top that our food was served in dirty plates like they hadn't washed plates,I woke up n left gave my food to a guy @ robot,NEVER AGAIN.
