Staff are so useless. They stand around and chat to each other. 1 cashier at the peak times. Pharmacy line is so slow and the pharmacists are clueless on products. Would avoid this place.

Good service all the time, both pharmacy and front shop. Serving a large population group of Pietermaritzburg, but still manages well.

Busy place. Pleasant staff compliment. Carry most Pharmaceutical goods. Call and collect available.

I visit this store regularly, and while my review below still holds true, I was very uncomfortable shopping at this store today, at 2:38pm, I walked into the store and the cleaning lady was mopping, she was very annoyed with customers walking around and I unfortunately ran into her in most isles, along with other customers, and she continued to curse below her breathe and be annoyed by people walking. She was very rude. I really find this very off putting, cleaning should not happen while people are shopping if this is the attitude the cleaning person wishes to have.
Definately one of the best clicks stores. Not as big as most but the service here is fantastic. The pharmacy especially, although very busy, is very fast and efficient. The pharmacists and assistants at the counter are always helpful and friendly. The store itself stocks a good range of health and beauty products. There is also a nurse available for sugar, blood pressure etc Checks. They stock a good range of electrical appliances and styling tools.

Fine if you're just going in to buy something, but the pharmacy is so slow that it's absolutely unusable. The queue is always incredibly long and they never have enough pharmacists on duty.

Has newly revamped dispensary to alleviate the amount of time one waits in a queue. collect an automated ticket and continue with your shopping instore. The ticket number will be called when it's your turn. I've found this new development very user friendly and it beats having to wait in a queue with an endless foot tapping or clock watching. It makes everyone more patient I believe. This branch though smaller than most, has always had a large variety of things and good service.

Lovely staff. There's always a bit of a wait in the pharmacy queue but its been improved drastically with the new computerised queuing system. HOWEVER, I ONLY SHOP where I get decent, friendly service and Clicks Victoria Road is therefore where I shop whenever possible.
