My family and I went in got our prescription, and left with our medication. Weeks later we got a call stating that we have a "outstanding levy" that we failed to pay despite not being told that our prescription had a levy in the first place. My next visit to the pharmacy when I went to collect my medication, the levy was brought up, and I had informed the pharmacist that my dad would come into pay, there was one pharmacist in particular by the name of Gina who was incredibly rude and cold to me despite the incident being the pharmacies fault in the first place. She was blatantly cold, refused to make eye contact when I spoke to her and was very aggressive when she spoke to me. And made the situation seem as if we walked out of the pharmacy without paying for items when the outstanding levy was entirely the pharmacys fault. I felt incredibly embarrassed and highly offended. I do not recommend this pharmacy. Gina has absolutely no customer service and does not know how to speak to customers and lacks basic human decency. Sad to say but one of my worst experiences at a pharmacy.
