Some of the stores are not well stocked. Pick n Pay is a good reason to go there. There is a lot of security and ample parking.

Has a good selection of stores, mostly friendly staffers.
In this economic climate know your specials and times.
Be prepared, gets absolutely congested with people majority of the time.

Lovely compact shopping centre- all the main outlets. P n Pay, Clicks, Crazy Store, Ackermans. But a pity there's no coffee shop

Nice and clean... Just some times there bananas is over ripe or the price on the shelf not the same at the till. But other wise I'm happy to do my shopping there ????

The place is convenient and central. A wide variety of stores are available to cater for a diverse range of requirements from eating out, fruits and vegetables, groceries, clothing, pharmacy and many more.

The centre is a convenient stop for many on the Maritzburg southern side of the N3 highway. This is evident in the congestion in the parking area at peak times. If you need to grab a quick meal or go to a doctor or get your hair done or do shopping, this is the place to go. Victoria Centre is for basic needs. It is neither quiet nor chaos-free. The shops aren't fancy and the vibe isn't zen. Be emotionally prepared to visit this place so you don't get overwhelmed or start complaining. Go there when you are prepared to wait and to smile through messy drivers who can't park properly. You'll find what you are looking for when other places have closed.

Convenience for me is everything, parking space also practical to cater large numbers of people flocking on their several stores.
