I called here to find out the price of a pap but based on the receptionists phone skills I will not be coming. She did not even say hello or wait for me to ask my question. The conversation went like this

"Hi there, could you tell me-"
"A consult is R2000"
And then hung up.

Doctor shamshad Amod you treated my wife terribly in the operation theater??
Right now she is laying in Grey's hospital, people choose private hospital for there comfort and better services.
You put my wife's life in danger from Saturday. She is suffering with pain and IF you had doubts about her kidney .why you didn't take her immediately for a CT scan in Midland hospital? If you were rushing for your family and kids to spend a weekend with them why did you operate immediately ?
You discharged her from the hospital to send her home.??
My family has been traumatized because of your negligence, my wife came to you for 9 months, you should know what to do first u called her on Friday and you sent her back u and said you were going to be busy. On Saturday you used an induce tablet when you did the operation. You did not fulfill your duty as a doctor as every patient’s life is in your hands and you are responsible for any event that takes place. I will take legal action against you and call a press conference with the newspapers and media to deal with this matter I will not leave this matter ,u stitch my wife’s kidney incorrectly,tomorrow you will remove someone's kidney and you will say it was mistake,this was pure negligence and matters will not be left like this ,as you actions in the future maybe a threat to another person’s life. naveed

Dr Amod is lovely and excellent in her profession. She goes beyond her call by being warm, caring and sensitive to ones emotions. Widely known to calm her patients in distress. Highly recommended, especially for pregnancy.

Dreadful. Had the worst experience with this doctor. Suffered 3 miscarriages under her care. All I can say is if she starts pushing clomid, run for the hills because she hasn't got a clue what's wrong with you.

Receptionist needs some client service training. Pathetic. Emails never responded to. Payment upfront however overpayment via medical aid not re imbursed for 3 months. DISGUSTED.

Accounts department are so difficult to deal with, doctor is great but when you get slapped with a huge bill and repeatedly ask for them to send a motivational letter to your medical aid it just never gets done... ridiculous... and why am I expected to pay a massive bill when if they actually just do there job properly it would be settled by the medical aid... 4 month's later and yet im still arguing this case of a motivational letter to be sent to the medical aid.
