Terrible hospital due to extremely poor nursing staff who are badly managed and with a don't care attitude. Basic help not given to sick patients. Some won't even help you drink water when you are too weak to do so yourself. They ignore calls for help. They will not help you to bath or dress even if they can see you cannot do so on your own. Heating / cooling facilities do not work. Some good doctors, others look to make as much money out of your medical aid as possible. Basically this is a hospital providing the same level of care and expertise as a state hospital but at private care rates. The other private hospitals like Mediclinic, Midlands, etc provide far better care. These other hospitals may share the same doctors though. Of utmost importance is for management to address the nursing staff's attitudes and manage them more effectively. This will improve the service of the hospital the most. Sick patients need care and empathy. Not disrespect and no help.

The standard of this hospital has significantly dropped. The nurses are not so caring, I don’t feel like I’m in a private hospital, level of service is terrible. I received drips yesterday and completed the course but nurses have thrown away those empty treatment drips. When you call for cleaning services to keep area and floors clean it’s like you’re bothering people when it’s their job to keep the hospital clean, particularly maternity wards are to be throughly clean. The food is not good, I’m gluten and lactose intolerant but I’m not catered for, in a hospital??!!!! Absolutely disappointed with St Anne’s, management needs to restore the standard and dignity of the hospital

If I could give a 0 I would. Worst experience ever. With nurses and security that are unfriendly and unhelpful. Tried speaking to management which was even worse and they make a person feel unheard and your complaint or issue not vaild. The worst is as a mom you so stressed with a sick child and need to deal with rude hospital staff. Where is the passion and love for your job? like it should be! Us as parents pay a fortune for medical aid just to be treated poorly and as if you in a prison. I pray all these hospital staff will never experience this type of treatment with their family and children.

Dr. Sarumi. You need to work on your empathy. My mom went into casualties with severe back pain. After x-rays and bloods you discharged her, in spite of the fact that she couldnt walk, could barely speak as she was in excruciating pain. After discussing this with the nurses attending to her she was admitted and spent almost a week in hospital ( where they did appropriate tests) and gave her treatment, as it should have been. But you saw it fit to have her discharged in the state she was in. Shame on you.

Had an amazing stay. Even off duty nurses are awesome. Asma Sheik was in a ward with me as she was unwell. Altho she was off duty she was an amazing person to have as a room mate. Look after me like I was her patient. Thank you. Queen on duty nurse has seen to me when I was out off theathre and the day I got discharged she was always around checking on me even tho I was getting discharged. Thank you.
The ward I was in was neat and clean at all times. Thank you St Anne's for a beautiful stay...

The worst experience ever, at casualty had to wait more than an hour with only 1 patient before us. Nursing staff there are just thee worst I have ever come across in my life time. Never would I recommend NEVER

Best care I have had....they looked after me so well, especially sister Sheila and sister Ford....highly recommended for any new time mother....the staff is friendly and sweet..Loved my time there.
