I love the fact that McDonald's has a self service which is fast and convenient. Glad they actually had the Hazel Nut Iced Coffee.
I was quite shocked at the ladies toilet facility which was in an unclean state.

They really did a great job revamping the place from the last time I was there. The staff were so helpful and the wait time was short considering the packed drive through. The automated ordering system is a god-send because it is easy to use and staff is on hand to assist.

After waiting for over 30 minutes at the drive thru I ordered caramel ice coffee and got a cup full of ice with a hint of coffee, very poor product quality.

Very bad experience.

Waited 45 minutes for my food and still nothing had come, eventually i went to the till point to ask where my order was and nobody seemed to have had any idea.

Anyways after receiving my food my Frappe had completely melted because of how long i had been waiting there and the entire order was incorrect, the burgers were not the correct burgers and there were items missing.

All in all, im extremely disappointed.

*UPDATE*

The manager Amanda got incontact with me and was extremely friendly and helpful in resolving the issue i had at the time and explained all the technical faults that had occurred.
Great customer support, it shows how much they do value their customers.
Will definitely be visiting again.

Well organized restaurant whether you're using drive thru or you go inside????????

The current challenge this McDonald is experiencing is due to the fact that othe McDonald around the town are not yet opened after 2021 July unrest, so most customers use this McDonald in the meantime which result in backlog especially around the 15th u0026 25th u0026 the month ends.
During these days you may allow a minimum of 45 minutes from the queue to getting your order.
