My child enjoys himself a lot, the staff is super friendly. we appreciated something as little as sending my child with a pen for me to write my number. At another spur, they just wrote some random number and i was not too pleased.

The staff is all lovely. It's a nice place to come after shopping.

The service today was very poor. We waited 45 minutes before we were served with drinks. The waiter was not very friendly. People who had arrived after us got their drinks whilst we were waiting for ours. I had to get up and speak to a manager who had to get our drinks herself. I'm a loyal customer of this franchise but my family is really disappointed with the service we received. Hopefully management will try to improve this.

Just like any Spur across the country nothing outstanding. The place is a little hidden though even their entrance is not easy to find if you are not from that area. Overall, I enjoyed myself.

Poor service been there on Sunday for some drinks and some starters . Waiter was more worried about her phone then our drinks witch took 30 min when the food came is didn't have a cloth too carry it she use a brown bag to carry. One of the managers passing I had too ask them for sugar I do vist thus spur alot one of my favorites but Sunday I was disappointed even the coffee n hot chocolate was not up too standard remember a little attention to detail goes a long way trust me I been in the hospitality industry my whole life

Excellent service from the manager Nonjabulo who went out of her way to make our visit memorable. The food was good too combined with the experience priceless well done to the team.
