Service is pathetic. Staff are incompetent. They do not want to cook chicken from long b4 20h00. I ordered 2 box masters and was told they can't do it because it takes too long. I asked hw long and was told 9 minutes. Now hw long is that?????? Most horrible KFC store I've ever been 2. And this was not the first experience at this store.

Always very busy so won't say too slow. Some chicken was not cooked at the bone but has improved a little.

Very organized place the waiting line is so organized and beatiful place to eat out. But very limited meals and quite pricey

Absolute pathetic burger. I could have cracked my tooth if I tried eating it. People should not buy from this outlet. Disgraceful.

Waiting time is not to my liking. Due to many clients who tend to be students as it is close to tertisries, KFC Scottsville tends to be overcrowded
