Good service and great quality meals.

Not a fan of burgers, especially at other Nando's since the buns are always dry and the fillet is over done but I succumbed due to everyone else ordering burgers. This one was impeccable, fresh bun and fillet done to perfection ????????

I had bought a full chicken extra hot with 4 sharing sides + half chicken with a side but there was NO SAUCE in both, the cole slaw did not have enough mayonnaise I had also bought 1 strips and rice not sure how that will be because it was for my son who had to leave for college and the kiddies meal I had ordered did not have a juice, Or maybe you guys don't give juice with the kiddies meals anymore ????????????????

I went to Nandos and bought a full chicken with hot spice and drove home about 3km away from there. When I was ready to eat I only found that my chicken was dry and had no sauce. I called the restaurant and the manager by the name of Nqobile asked me to bring back the chicken for adding sauce on it and apologized. I had to take the meat back for sauce can you imagine ,driving 3km forth and back with the amount of fuel price these days. I cannot hide it but was really angry at this type of recklessness . Now I had to drive 12km in total just for the full chicken. I felt very embarrassed.

I experienced a terrible service at Nandos Scottsville PMB with a guy Mxo who was unnecessary very rude. I pointed a picture of Even Now and asked that it be a leg, hot. He said to me a leg I said yes, he then said R45 but the menu poster displayed R49. Very rudely he sad if you don’t say with chips I will give you the leg only, I said but I pointed at the picture which shows leg and chips and that’s what I’m asking for.

I just found him to be unnecessarily rude and embarrassing as I had my 12 year daughter and there were other patrons. I advised him that it will be good customer service if he asked if I wanted with chips or wedges that is he he misunderstood me instead of shouting at me.

Any way I just told him his customer service I applauded ????????u200d♀️I just paid for my daughter and went to wait patiently for the food on the couch. The behavior and treatment was uncalled for.

Awful experience today. Incorrect order, then cold chips, dry chicken and inedible corn. I used to love this Nandos but will not be returning soon for sure.

Both the Chickens were dry, hardly any sauce. My veg pita was dry and was made untidily without any care. The chips was very overly salted. I asked for extra feta in my spinach, was given two small pieces. The same with the extra haloumi I ordered with the spinach. For the price we are paying for extras, it's ridiculous. Always get poor service from this branch.
