McDonald's Chatterton Drive-Thru

Received an order through Uber eats. No sauce with my 10 piece chicken nuggets. Cajun patty fried in old oil and nuggets, not fresh at all. Terrible service. Ordered a breakfast before but didn't complain. Disgusted by the level of customer satisfaction.

The staff were very noisy I had to go ask them to be quieter so we could talk while eating. The toilets were dirty and my wife had to use the disability one as there was urine on the others. I also noticed the cleaning lady had slops on which for me is a big no when you work with food.

Normally love the convenience of the service but recently they have been having issues with the drive thru not accepting cards and it results in crowding inside because everyone has to go in to order, but their food is always good ????

Very disappointed arriving from youth last night we decided to get something to eat we arrive ..we greet and ask is the place still open the worker then shouts spray your hands and doesn't greet ...We spray our hands she still shouts ..Sanitize from the wall...we wait However there is a white couple placing there order there after its us. .We received our food as we eat we are asked to leave go sit outside and eat in the cold ....but the White couple However remain inside...we Questioned that ...the waitress replied thy were here first ..Mopping the floor while we take few bites off the meal ...Rudely we told to go outside ....Very Disappointed at the two females behavior...We are not dog's...????????????

Very convenient, you do ur own order on the designated machine and can easily get rid of the things you don't want in ur order.. you can even pay there without going to the till.

I loved it, friendly staff and reasonably priced meals. Clean and neat premises and I love the fact that McD's has introduced a points system recently :-)
