We were unable to order ribs at a rib speciality restaurant. Very noisy and waitress was not enthusiastic to serve us.We felt unwanted. Sauce bottles were dirty and sticky ,food was very disappointing , over priced for the portion sizes.THE FOOD WAS COLD there is no alcohol and plates are dirty too

I will never eat here again

I didn't want to but had to change my review to 1 star. Will not be going back or recommend it to anyone. Food took way too long (2 hours) to arrive. Waiter failed to inform us,when seating us, of the foods they didn't have. When the food arrived, it was tasteless...not even salt. Everything was overcooked/fried. A group of people were extremely loud, not acceptable for that environment. We've made suggestions everytime we've been there, but no attempts have been made for improvement.

This place should be shut down ASAP. No staff. Even the manager had to help out in the kitchen. Guests walked out because no one attended to them. Had to send them to the neighbouring store to get our drinks. To top that, the speed point for payment wasnt working and when I offered to do an EFT, the waitress' banking details were given. Worse still the manager called to shout at me later for not paying after I did indeed effect an EFT. Just shocking! Once in a lifetime experience.

Absolutely dreadful. I can honestly say I feel we were robbed. Very misleading. Charged for items that were not on our menu.
Filthy upstairs.
Service from Cynthia was miserable, likely because they automatically add the 10% onto your bill, regardless of non exist ant service.
Would rate as zero stars but this review requires I give at least one.
Never again!

We vomited after.

The waiter had slippers on. The glasses were dirty and the borrowed ice from the Nandos next door. Food took nearly an hour and there was only one other family in the place. There was no card machine.

Thankfully our dog will be very grateful for the "leftovers".

Nice selection of grills. The food is good, but a tad pricey for the portion sizes.
We had fillet mushroom stack such was the best, the lemon butter fish had no salt, and the ribs were nice but a but overcooked at some parts. The kids are is really worth it
