I am very disappointed with this place. I agree with the reviewer that said people treat it like a party place. Its very noisiy on weekends. The security does nothing. The rooms are not cleaned properly. There are cockroaches ( we told the staff and they brought us Doom). When we arrived the place looked clean but its actually very dirty under the beds and washing machine. The worst part is there were used condoms thrown on the parking lot. We told the staff and informed the owner. We have decided to cut our stay short because although its well furnished the management is very poor. On the plus side, the pool is very clean.

TLC has value for money I really recommend TLC for a lovely vacation

If you want to have a good nights rest DO NOT book here. The walls are thin and people treat it like a party place with no rules whatsoever, people party and drink and play loud music. People do as they please here with no respect for other patrons. Lots of dodgey people around at night coming into the premises.

People walking around naked. Showing middle fingers when you ask please put clothes on. Loud music. If they said before, you staying behind the cape flats,I would never have booked here. Shouting and screaming. Remotes don't work. Awful experience, especially when you drove 14 hours straight and want to rest. Definitely false advertising on website and booking.Com

The Living Collective Wenvic Apartments Pietermaritzburg is not just a Apartments , its HOME. Wendy and her team are so awesome that it feels like you visited a family member. The property is VERY clean and all amenities work perfectly.Units are stylish and clean Bedding very comfortable, room super clean Bathroom products as well. and the garden is beautiful The pool area was pretty and so peaceful and quiet. Here you feel like in your family. Wendy hostas was very welcoming and the Attentive staff and a delightful owner Wendy made my short stay very pleasant indeed. A cleaning lady comes every day and not only cleans, but also sorts the clothing if you forget to put it into the drawers.
There is also enough parking space for the vehicles housekeepers are very trustworthy I forgot my purse in the room came back the money was still there as it was. Highly recommend to anyone visiting kwazulu-natal Pietermaritzburg the Midlands
