Been at Vuka for the past 2 months doing their Bootcamp classes 3x a week and all I can say is I wish I started earlier! I love the variety over the 3 days u0026 I can already feel I’m getting so much stronger u0026 fitter! If you enjoy the motivation, vibe and accountability of group classes u0026 really want to be challenged, the Bootcamp is incredible! For me it’s such a great way to get into the habit of working out!????????
