I regret having booked here, the place is being renovated and that was not communicated, no WiFi, TV channels are not playing. It's a horrible experience, definitely not coming back

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Maybe at some point it was good but not anymore. When checking in we found out the room had been double booked and they tried everything to get us to say no to the room (telling us the TV isn't working etc) but we didn't budge... Eventually we got the room but it wasn't ready, beds were not made no towels. We left and came back 3 hours later and checked in. The room only had hand towels, no toilet paper, we had to ask for the kettle to make tea, there were no tea stuff (cups, sugar, coffee etc)
The bedding was atrocious, the shower had missing wall tiles and grime all around.
During our stay we had to answer 20 questions at the gate just to go out, the pool was filthy and we had to ask them to clean it so we could swim and they lied saying someone is coming over to clean the pool to which we waited all day with no explanation wasting our time when we could've made other plans.

We urgently needed a place for the 2/01/2019.I contacted the establishment and got a response very quickly.We got accommodation and was very pleased with the service.There were ppl having a few drinks however ,they did finish early and we had a good rest Thank you Yes Please for accomadating us in such short notice.

I would not recommend it to anyone. It must have the basis of a BnB. No Menu, basic breakfast for breakfast.
I left without having had breakfast. I slept in Room 11 with Summer Sheets in Winter. No carpets,no towels, no bottled water, no additional blankets, TV having no signal. No drinking glasses. Not worth a rating

The host and staff are wonderful and very friendly! This historic building provides a homely atmosphere with many services available. The food is delicious and staff provide a wonderful experience that reminds me of home. Would definatly reccomend and will absolutley be staying here on our next visit :)

Pathetic, its more a party venue than a guest house. People shouting u0026 laughing till late at night, no wifi as advertised, no desend towels, kids running on wooden floors, no respect for other guests. Management cant control drinking guest.
