Netcare Pholosho hospital saved my husband life from a horrible motor vehicle accident, He was initially took to Medleb from the scene upon my arrival I immediately requested a transfer to pholosho. From the moment we walked in at casualty to the ICU, high care and surgical ward. Dr's (Ramushu.the best) nurses(Amanda in ICU)..thank you soo much..the security and cleaners who took their time to cheer up and accommodate me during the stay Karabo,
Mafata and many more. ke a leboga.The Cafee ladies always made sure my cappuccino is ready when needed..the reception team were always willing to assist with any paper work and queries I had honestly felt at home,thank you.

Point of improvement:Please consider increasing number of nurses at the wards..they seem to be struggling to attend to all patients timely.. n do minimal checks..

Dr Ramashi saved my mom's life, she went to Netcare in alot of pain. Dr Ramashi was her Neurologist. The hospital is very clean, the nurses are very friendly. I don't have anything bad to say about this hospital. I would be lying if I was to say anything negative about the hospital. My mom now is a brand new person that was in pain for a year. Thank you netcare. As my mom says Dr Ramashi is the Boss ????????.

I would rather go to the lowest of the public hospital than being admitted in this so called private hospital.
Unprofessional and worst of the nurses in the ICU section. Still traumatised. The possibility is that they are actually moonlighting... bringing public hospitals attitude to private sector. What happened to this noble profession?

It is the worse private hospital ever. My toddler accidentally swallowed a coin and I took her there as an emergency. There was no urgency and consistent communication from the staff. After the X-ray was done the doctor just said my child must be admitted in the theater and then advised that I must go to the reception where they said I must then pay R46 000 for a specialist and the theater. I was not given any information as to what are my child's symptoms to be eligible for admission. And no information as to where the coin is stuck and what would happen if she's not admitted.

The hospital manager is very rude. They are thiefs and they rush to say go and pay.

Mediclinic is the best private hospital than these bunch of unprofessional people.

Had to wait for hours before being assisted, even though was car accident emergency. Noo food given. Nurses with attitudes

I was recently admitted there the rooms are dirty the nurses are rude and behave like they are doing you a favor the rooms were never cleaned the food was low standard cheap imitations brands the beds and chairs are worn out taps are leaking bathrooms with no windows or airfreshners the toilets smell horrible.

I was of the view that Netcare Hospitals are the best.I was proven wrong by Pholoso, the most useless hospital with nurses who were championing social media..my father nearly died due thirsty and I had to contact the hospital to request water bcoz emergency button was for decoration..nurses took advantage of patients which is totally absurd
