My nephew whom was admitted when he was only 3 weeks with his mother(Who is my sister), he was then operated they discharged them after a week and booked them a check-up later on after 5days from being discharged. They went for check up only for them to be admitted because of their mistakes(the doctor's mistake during the first operation), they operated him again and the baby is doing fine now. Instead of discharging them they keep on postponing Doctor's appointments. I mean like really? Why keep people in the hospital ba le shap? When you asked why keep them whilst the baby is okay and recovered and your response is " Kgotlelelang mo spetlele" ????

Just like any other government hospitals/institution as traditionally criticized for it’s disregard of the health and well-being of the poor patients. I am now more convinced than ever that someone could loose their life unnecessary due to negligence, comfort and arrogance of the staff nurses. Little did I ever believed that this hospital could also be one of the facilities where you will leave with a sad face or worse not even being helped.
Saturday the 26th March 2022 at around 1:30am I delivered a patient who recently had an operation, who was explicitly crying in pain and could hardly walk.
We where told to stay at the reception area they’ll come to attend us. I regularly checked if they didn’t forget us, and they told me that they didn’t forget us they are just too busy. Three hours later we decided to leave as the patient was freezing and not getting any help.
I therefore vow to never go back again no matter how desperate I might be. We where unfairly mistreated and I hope this behavior be exposed so that necessary actions can be taken against everyone who play part to bring this hospital into disrepute and shameful status.

My uncle had a biopsy done at the hospital in March of this year. They lost his results and had to schedule him to do it again, they have sent him to Medunsa twice and both times he’s been sent back with no assistance at all. I’m so disappointed in this treatment as my uncle has advanced cancer and with every delay they are putting his life in danger. NO accountability was taken by the hospital for losing his results the first time after such a painful surgery. He’s had multiple covid tests only to be turned back each time. They are wasting time that could be used to determine a treatment method and add more years to his life. This treatment is truly appalling. Our health care system is truly a death sentence.

The hospital doesn't deserve any star poor service, securities don't even tell the truth. I went to visit my patient at 12h50 yes I was late but I still had 10 minutes they refuse and told me that I must come back at 3h00, by then they didn't allow me. All the way from venda and went back home without seeing my patient. Their service is unacceptable.

So far im happy with this hospital my uncle had an incident on the 1st of march 2022 and was in theatre for 6 hour for brain surgery. We live in jhb and i phone them every hour to find out if there is improvement or not. They are so helpfull over the phone and so friendly.

POORE POORE AND POORE.
Why would you do the evert to put posters up to let people know were there is covit site's ,when they do no even pitch up.
When you phone them they just do no answer the phones.

Just went to the Clinic and there was a security not even a nurse telling me that they only test on a Monday - Friday. So i asked can i still consult and she just looked at me and not give me a answer. This is bad. I will be going to highest high to complain about this. Not everyone has money to go test at labs. This is really bad. I hope that management sees this. I am so upset we were in contact with people that have covid.
