Very quite hotel, ideal for taking rest. Excellent food at the restaurant that I really enjoyed. Anyway, rooms were of average quality, in equipment and are not adequately well maintained. Some equipment need to be replaced, like the ageing bathtub discreetly broken in a corner, or the noisy air conditioner. The Wi-Fi, in at least some of the rooms, is definitely unreliable, trying to find an IP address every 2 to three minutes. It was almost impossible for me to do basic tasks I needed to do online unless I stay at the dining room where it is far more reliable.

I understand it's an old hotel but wow, the carpets smell damp u0026 are dusty. My room is so dirty bathroom is even worse, carpet not vacuumed. Bathroom taps are stained, towels had blood stains, the extractor/aircon making an on u0026 off worst sound. The TV sucks Yoh ???? food was even worse.

Their room are spacious, service is very quick and parking is right in front your rooms and conference hall

The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. Had a gread 3 days stay with you guys. Thank uou and keep up the awesome work, house keeping supervisor wasnvery prompt in solving an issue I had with the air-conditioning in my room big thanks Mme Linah.

Nested along the N1 north near Polokwane and a bit detached from town, this home away from home was a great expirience in the rugged surroundings but the hotel was such a bliss. The food was on point and staff met me with friendliness and warmth.

Staff is friendly enough.
Food is not good.
Aircons not working.
Bedding blankets smell.
Flies around food.
