Rooms are sooo beautiful, spacious and very clean.Service was ok-ish.
Breakfast was ok,it could've have better,if we ddnt have to wait for the food to be refilled every now nd then.The serving dishes were too small,so every now and then they have to refill,same as juice as well.
I asked for halaal,nd the alternative was mince with frozen veggies.
There was an unpleasant sewerage smell,by the reception.The pool was very dirty.
The place is very nice,but.....

This place is simply amazing. The guests are awesome but tend not to tip for the 3rd party service they order in. Come on, you are visiting Adato, American friends come to visit altogether with people from all over the world come to rest their aching bones in pure luxury here.
But anywho, this is a great place to escape to with your dearly beloved and just embrace luxury and sheer comfort.

Best place to stay in Potch. Very convenient location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms with a lot of space.
Could maybe improve the amount of parking... but otherwise perfect

I love staying at this place. Great rooms and lovely buffet breakfast, well prepared always. They have a microwave, iron, hairdryer, fridge and cutlery in the rooms.

The place is nice, however the owner need to consider electric blankets because those sheets are too cold in this cold winter. A covered parking is also a requirement as the cars were frozen in the morning. But I must say the place is nice, friendly professional staff, very clean and breakfast always on point

The guesthouse is beautiful with lots of homey finishes that give the place personality. The room was clean. The wifi however was terrible and I could not connect to my work email. The staff are not particularly friendly people and speak only when spoken to. The breakfast was not up to scratch. I requested sunny side up eggs and I got a messy side plate with yolk all over it ....it is disappointing that anyone would feel that it is ok to serve that to a guest. When i checked out there was not even a "Thank you for staying" just "OK". The property does not have covered parking and as I visited In winter when I got to my car it was completely covered in ice, not ideal when you in a hurry. This beautiful property is overshadowed by the poor level of basic hospitality that is not in place. I will not be staying here again.
