Although it is fairly priced. I ordered on Mr Delivery and had the crumbed pork with mushroom sauce. It was so dry and hard that I didn’t eat it, I don’t agree with the description that it is mushroom sauce, it is more a white sauce base without any seasoning. The pumpkin fritters was very watery and not very flavourful.

The Lasagne was tasty and also the potato bake. But unfortunately I was left disappointed.

The food is well prepared with a big variety to choose from! It is wheelchair friendly and the parking is right in front of the building. You have to eat the malva puding and biltong and potatosalad! It is good!

We ordered Sunday lunch with high hopes for a really good Sunday meal.

Much to our disappointment, the food is soggy, has no flavour and overall presentation is just sloppy.

Mushroom sauce ? More like mushroom-less sauce.
Zero mushrooms to be seen, an extremely dry piece of beef drenched in lumpy white sauce.

The only saving grace was the pumpkin tart and pumpkin fritter. Very dissatisfied with my R 229.00 purchase today.

UPDATE: I have later tasted the desert and that was pretty good. But still highly disappointed overall.

Delicious home cooked South African food. Good for the body and soul. Reminds me of of my gran's cooking. Yum.

Dark deserted place when walked in. Food was buffet style and just covered for ? next day??
Service- had to call and waited a while (were packing up) about +/-16:30.
Very dissapointed.
Place has SO much potential regarding area/venue and parking place.
Pity that it is not utilized at full potential.
Expected so much more.
Food was average.

Received feedback...my timing was too late and totally misunderstood the set up not being a Restaurant but more Canteen set up.
Was offered an voucher...but about my misunderstanding...I will visit again and love to see what will be on menu with better perception.
BoereSjiek...it is a Gem and sooo much potential. Will see you soon.
