Esmi is an absolute gem and if you are a pet owner living in Potchefstroom, check out her services, you will be very pleased. She is friendly, she is thorough and most importantly she is passionate about animals. My pet rabbit and I have found a new home.

Went to Esmi's for my pups first cut. We went at 7:30 and she let us know she had another pup coming at 8:00. She was very friendly and we had a good experience, however when we looked at the cut it was terrible!!! Very uneven, and she cut too much off the bum area. Seems like she rushed the cut for the next appointment. After informing her of my disappointment, she couldn't care less and only replied with a ????. This is very unprofessional. Very disappointing! More disappointed with her response than the awful cut. Would not recommend.

Esmi is wonderful with dogs, she clearly had a passion for animals and their needs. And definitly a passion for grooming. Will recommend her to anyone without thinking twice.
