We entered the bank at 12h10 on the 20220929 Friday at 13h10 we were not yet helped it lapse the 36 minutes on the ticket. Waiting a hour to get assistance.! Bad service!!!

Nice place. Reasonable parking rates n lots of parking. Wheelchair accessible and quite a bit of disabled parking bays near each entrance.

The feature where the Mooi River passes under the mall and there are glass tiles so one can see through to the river makes it extra special. Restrooms are kept clean n they are free to access.

I especially enjoy visiting the flee market stalls for they crafted accessories. Lots of good food places and well known shops, but as a Joburger, was disappointed that shop open at 10am on a Sunday morning.

Great variety of stores and restaurants. Ample parking.
I really enjoyed the environmental conservation area, adds a green part-time natural feel to the general asthetics.
The Keg and Willow is definitely worth a visit

To be honest, I would rather support smaller businesses in and around potch. The amount of staff required to run, for example a franchise, causes that the personal touch is lost. In my experience, some of the staff could not care less if you supported their shop or not. This is a good place for Potch, but if you come from a city and know what should be expected..... Not so much. The convenience of the mall being open when other shops are closed is nice.

Very efficiently spaced with good parking as well as space within the mall. Mall itself is an attraction to the area and is generally beautiful. Shop variety is great and has all you need.

Probably one of the best places to spend your afternoon if you are looking to shop or just walk around. Mooirivier Mall makes sure that most needs are satisfied whether you are young, old or just looking around.

Second time today my sons guid dog was not recognised by security as being a guide dog. And was asked to remove him.
This is totally unacceptable.
In the time we are living in people must be better informed.
