Today was my first and last time trying Pizza hut. Ordered my food at 5pm after work waiting for fresh pizza , received two dry pizzas and one missing cheesy chips from the order when it was delivered. Called back right after to find out about the chips , they apologized and forgot about it. 8pm came and I called again quite upset as you'd imagine , they apologized once more and sent the worst chips I've eaten after waiting 3 hours for it. Terrible customer service and food quality. Never again. If I could, I'd give no stars.

First time ordering. Took about 8 mins for a small pizza and I was surprised it came with chips... all for R40. Delicious all meat pizza and very filling. Would definitely buy again. Its halal as well so 5 stars from me

They’ve never gotten my order right and management doesn’t seem to care. Just look at how many bad reviews the place received. In my opinion Pizza Hut in potch should be close down.

Orderd online, would not recommend! After waiting more than an hour for our pizza we phoned the general telephone number for pizza hut because the phone number they provided on our invoice was not correct. We were put on hold for more than 10 minutes just to be put through to the Potchefstroom branch and when they answered, they had no idea where our order was or anything about our order.
After the phone call and more waiting we got a phone call from a random number that said they where outside to deliver our pizza and demanded we come collect it. When we got to the gate there was no one, we proceeded to wait in the cold and finally after almost an hour and 45 minutes, we got our pizza and the delivery guy said he phoned us when he was still delivering a pizza before ours.

Kelebogile and Clifford are the most helpful and friendly staff I have encountered at a pizza place. Top notch service!

The pizza was also perfect!

Only had bad experiences with this place I order loaded cheesy fries and get regular fries while paying for cheesy fries. Order and after an hour and half cant get through to them the phone juat keeps ringing I placed an order but haven't received it and can't contact them. Feels like I am wasting money here

First and last time. Waited over 2 hours and called four times in between. Driver said he was 7 minutes away and 30 minutes later we were still waiting. RUBBISH AND DISGUSTING SERVICE!! Ended up making my own pizza.
