I had amazing service at Riverwalk with my last purchase. Rowencia really went out of her way to assist me. She even went on bent knees to help me fit my shoes. I am very impressed!

Excellent service. People always greet you and are ready to help. Prices are reasonable, and they have some great discounts from time to time. Sometimes you even get a free cappuccino. They sell mostly sports/lifestyle type shoes though, not much in the way of leather and boots. Would recommend.

The colored lady was extremely helpful ND professional, even though she was helping different groups of people on her own. the store was cleaning and sanitizing stations were neat and easily visible.
