It has been over an hour and I have not received any reply nor will the application allow me to track the driver.Hope you never have to receive such poor service with your suppliers!You should be ashamed of yourselves.

The Pizza is great, like always, but the service is bad. I was standing inside of the shop, staff was taking photos (selfies) and management was sitting outside. Noby asked me if I have been helped or not. I was standing with my ticket in my hand and no one assisted me, another order came out and they shouted the number but the lady did not ask me what my number is.

Very lekker pizzas. Tonight a man with a white glof bring our food. Du to him and all the drivers we will always order again. Not only in the store is the workers friendly, even the drivers are tops. Best branch ever

I am not very impressed. Placed my online order at 19h27 received confirmation sms right after placing my order. Around 20h50, still no pizza. Tried to phone with NO luck. I found a cellphone number from previous occasion. They have a shortage of drivers. (Did not bother to phone me to let me know about their problem. )Then I was informed that my order was ready but they do not have drivers to deliver, I am welcome to collect. Well we were waiting too long as I had hungry children waiting for their pizza, I decided to collect. On arrival we wait 5 more minutes. Got the pizza, got home, Ice cold pizza.......really disappointing. How do you run a business like this. THE CUSTOMER IS THE HEART OF YOUR BUSINESS. If you lack in their care hou will kill your business slowly but surely!!!!!!!

poor customer service, i had to wait for more than two hours for delivery of something i had already paid for....They should just close their delivery services if they gonna continue like this.
the food is nice but service is bad shame
