We ordered a Grand Chicken Special meal - on the burger we got a lot of lettuce, tomato, a drop of mayo and bacon but NO CHICKEN or cheese in sight! The prices are rediculous and you get nothing in return.

My dubbel cheese burger was so good. Everyones fries were just too salty. Very nice atmosphere. Weird service. My friends order was so simple yet it took much longer mine. He had to ask at reception after a while and then almost within seconds he got it. Was an average meal.

We arrived at 6h30 am to order hot chocolate and coffee at the drive thru. First they told us to order at the window which was closed. Then pointed us to the next window which also was closed. Then pointed us back to the other window! Then shouted through the closed window to order inside. We told them to open the window. Then only did somebody come with the key! We were told the machine for hot chocolate and cappuccino were not working so we could only order black coffee. This is suppose to be a 24 hour take away place. Really a let down!

We waited an hour. There were about 5 people in front of me. They blamed loadshedding. Could have at least informed customers that they are going to have a long wait or explained that at the window. They didn't care. My 9 year old daughter called it the worst service she'd ever seen. She's 9. And even she knew that that was not okay. Never going past Potch McD again. I'll stick to the ones on Gauteng.

Incredibly inefficienctly run. Shout out ordernumber across the restaurant after asking for table service? Waited an eon to get my food. The manager here isn't doing their job here (probably doesn't even care).

It took them 33 min to ready my single meal and it was cold after a 4min drive to the hotel.

The quality of food is not so great.
My reply.. I've gone on your web page. I don't see a suggestion page. I love Mcdonald Franchises every where. Your place looks neat inside. And I'd just like to see your franchise run as well as the ones all around. Seeing as you are a food industry I think a lot of effort should be put into what you sell. And your place is always packed so I understand why the food looks rushed and the staff seems over worked, but I do feel like there could be someone on your team that comes in once in a while to double check your quality. I'll look forward to deleting my review and putting up an excellent one once I see a change.
