When I say this is the worst service you can get in the entire central south africa, I am not joking. The food tastes like any Wimpy, however waiters take really long to help you, your food takes long and worst of all they are all incredibly unfriendly, unkind and overall look unhappy. Not a joy.

And it wasn’t just this time. It’s every single time and everyone in Potchefstroom knows this and complains about this. And it has been like this for the past four years that I have been here and no one has done anything about it.

Would not recommend.

Very very disappointed with the quality of service and food here!! We waited for an hour and a half for our drinks (coffee and milkshakes), the staff all hide in the kitchen and as soon as you complain the staff members look at you like you are a clown. This is the worst food I've eaten and the worst service I have gotten in my entire life! Absolutely never returning to any Wimpy after this disgusting experience

Great time, good people and good food, the salt and pepper holders were moved between tables but it wasn't such a big if a problem, overall good experience

Slow service, cracked plate, food does not look appetising, tastes okay.
Edit: Later that day all 4 of my family members experienced food poisoning. Hope it was a one time thing.

We love their drive through when in a hurry but their service for dine in is just as good
