Lovely, lovely home away from home atmosphere. And they serve the most delicious, creamest perfect coffee. The atmosphere is calm and inviting. It's a place where you can go and just rest if you need alone time. The owner and the staff is super attentive and warm. You feel welcome from the moment you enter there. They also can give you the inside scoop of what's happening in and arpund Pretoria, from the trendiest restaurants to the family friendly places. If you want comfort, warmth, authenticity and just a quiet space for your soul, go to 3 @ Marion. It will definitely be worth it.

Rooms are well furnished.
You can hear every conversation happening in the passage as well as footsteps from the room, very annoying.
Option for late checkout is a thumbs up.

I enjoyed the time I spent at 3@Marion Guesthouse in Colbyn in Pretoria they have beautiful rooms, their beds are so comfortable and they have DStv as well.

This is a lovely guest house. The people are so friendly. I booked for 4 people at the last minute and they still helped me. Susan was available on her mobile at any time of day to answer my questions and to give directions. We just stayed the over after a wedding but when we arrived late that evening after the wedding they were waiting for us. There was enough safe parking. The guest house are clean and lovely.

Friendly staff and good rate. The top bunk lacks a safety rail and you touch the ceiling lamp.

It is a pleasure to stay here. The host, Susan, went out of her way to accommodate us and the rest of her staff are also very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, the garden is beautiful and the breakfast is amazing. We will definitely stay here again in the near future.
