Purchased a vehicle from them (new) serviced it here and vehicle is still under warranty. Car broke down. Volvo assist ordered a tow truck to bring the vehicle in. No help whatsoever offered by the service and maintenance department at this premises upon arrival until a lady named Nicolene eventually was called by the Chery personnel they share a premises with. Worst experience regarding service and customer assistance received from this lady. Had the attitude of “we told the toe truck we’re full, why don’t they just go away”. She was dismissive and unwilling to help and assist or even explain the situation or how things work in situations like these. Got annoyed that we wanted to speak to her. According her, there is no space at their facility and apparently you have to make an appointment when your car unexpectedly breaks down (like you could have predicted that happening) . No matter how full they are, she could have explained the situation or liaised with volvo assist when they called the dealership, not to bring the vehicle there or offered to assist with making arrangements to take the vehicle to another branch or move a car from a parking bay. Sales departement staff was kind enough to assist so that we didn’t have to wait outside in the burning sun. Had to call Volvo assist to explain the situation at the dealership and sort the matter out with the guy from the towing company and volvo assist. Stay far away from this dealership. Their parking bays are too full to help. No warranty will save you from terrible service.
