The accommodation I was assigned was not what I had booked on Airbnb. The host was unresponsive in resolving and staff onsite did not/could not provide assistance. There was no garden accessible from my lounge. Now was there a dining table with chairs.

I just popped in for an afternoon company function in the conference facilities.
The entranceway and initial feel of the place is positive and the slick building sets the tone well.
The interior is well adorned and modern with a mostly white pallet.
Snacks provided were varied and covered most tastes (noodle, chicken skewers, butternut soup, samosa, sausage roll)

What a beautiful venue! Helpful staff! Excellent customer service! Great food! I help host my friends baby shower at this venue and I can absolutely recommend this venue for any small function, the venue is spectacular and so is the staff, the rooms and environment. Thank you Maria and your great team! ❤️

No too bad. Food used to be much better in the past. Could improve arrival snacks and tea snacks

We had a 1-day workshop and I was thoroughly impressed by the helpful staff, amazing food and professional setup. It was the ideal place for brainstorming with plenty of outdoor space to use for break-out sessions.

The place is beautiful and very lovely pity that is where it ends. Hardworking staff that is not being appreciated or treated right by the owner. The owner needs to improve her peoples skills and cater for all types of people with smile and respect. It would be a shame to have such a wonderful place go to waste because of poor people skills.
