Very pleasant experience. The staff are very friendly and the food doesn't take so long even though the place gets packed. I have never had to wait for seat . However if your into their specials I do suggest you don't go to late in the evening as they do run out stock . Otherwise it's really great and warm here . With a whole mix of folk .

One of the most disappointing experiences ever. Our waiter Jafta, was awesome though. He did his best in a really bad situation. Food was dismal.

Great T-bone steak. Pity there was no ripe Avo to have had the Biltong and avo Rump. Sad to see you guys still using plastic straws though.

Excellent! This is what you would expect from a Dros restaurant. The staff are all very friendly and quick to assist anyway they can. I loved the Calamari special here and would recommend you try the daily specials. The parking area is also very safe with wide enough spaces making parking easy if you have a bigger vehicle. Many beers on tap and quick service make this one of the best Dros restaurants I have ever been to. A+

This was a lovely eating experience. I loved the intimate set up inside the restaurant.

I must say their drinks and meals are quite pricey compared to other places I have been to, although the meals my husband and I had were just average. Maybe our next meals will be satisfactory.

In all honesty, I took my family to the restaurant and although the staff were efficient and friendly, the food was far-far below par.
I'm sure if they are serious about delivering a service, the owner will call since my information was left at the Manager at the time.
For the person concerned, please make an effort to get in touch.
What I can say, there is a lot of improvements that can and must be made.

The food is amazing but there are some waiters that need to be refreshed in customers service.
The other day we arrived at 8:00 but they were cleaning and it was just an inconvenience it was cold and raining so we had to sit outside instead if inside. The lady who was helping was passive aggressive.
My family loves Dros and we keep going back because the food and vibe is amazing but some stuff members ????
