If you ever book a room at this hotel and they take you to room 322, run for your life. This room is filthy. First of all, the smell. It smells like floor polish. Has cigarette burns all over the carpet and the toilet…. The worst of them all. The toilet smells like they haven’t been cleaning it for a while. Let me explain exactly where it’s situated. It is in the bedroom, and If you sleep on the left side, then unfortunately you have to deal with that smell throughout the night. Even if you close the bathroom door, it doesn’t help. To top off the bad service we received. The room key does not open the door. Every time you get to the hotel (after check in) you will need to go through reception to ask them to go to the room with you so that you can gain access to the room ( they use the master key). This was the worst room ever. We have been to this hotel before and stayed in one of the top floors ( one bedroom apartment, including the loft) and I remember being so happy with the place, that’s why I came back. I now regret coming here for my Easter long weekend. What a waste????

Stayed over during Easter Weekend. The hotel apartment was spacious, neat, clean and the kitchen well equipped. The aircons was in working order. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good security. Hotel location spot on. True that the walls are not sound proof. Could hear neighbour's talk and hear there TV. But they settled early so, was not really a bother. Bathroom towels warned out and forming holes and requires replacement. Coffee Station was not fully stocked. Enjoyed the stay. Will visit again.

Room service was somehow ok. Some staff for this worked very well whereas some did just formalities. Providing every day 2-water bottles (500 ml) is mandatory but, it were very rarely supplied during my stay of 15-days. In the breakfast, ordered items not provided sometimes. If they didn't have raw materials, they should have regretted during order. Overall it's a good apartment hotel to stay.

The hotel has nice finishes here and there, the food is amazing, the service is horrible though. There was a leak in the kitchen area of the apartment I was occupying that couldn't be resolved, one of the waiters brought room service smelling of alcohol early in the morning and the order was wrong. There was mix up with some of the orders, reaching the reception or restaurant over the phone was impossible, I had to call over 10 times just to reach someone. With all these issues reported, no manager had the courtesy to talk to me directly to address all these issues. I ended up checking out on my 3rd day of the stay as I was scheduled to stay there for 30 days.

Quite a beautiful place, personally I just wouldn't have the curtains on the ground in the living room space... But quite comfortable and has backup power when the load shedding hits. Well done

Horrible customer service received at Regency! Made a booking online to stay in a hotel apartment for the week 26 June to 1st of July! 3 guys at reception didn't greet and continued their conversation! They couldn't book me in and ordered me to come back maybe later when they another shift start or manager is there! I left and won't ever return and also let everyone I know to avoid! I mean you expect world class service for spending R1400 per night? Guess they didn't need the business! Disappointed!

What a wonderful hotel. Very friendly staff and the rooms are immaculate. Will recommend a stay here to anyone who is in the area on business or pleasure.

I'm definitely staying there again and I can't wait. ????????????????
