The meal was delectable to say the least. And the customer service was to be praised especially from the manager. Each waiter checks on every customer as though they are serving them. It is truly an experience I have not had before from this restaurant and I rightfully applaud it.
A lot of good laughs were had and bellies were filled.

The staff know us we are regulars. The food is always great. It's this branch or nothing for us... it's so boring to visit another. We love the fact they know us.. they know the kids. Love the managers great service great food a perfect meal with good service is all you can ask for and they deliver everytime. Some waiter even know our order already....

The best Ocean Basket experience in a long, long time. The food was superb and Sonia's service was outstanding. What a special day. If ever I have the opportunity to dine out there again I will insist on Sonia as waiter. Thank you, thank you. Awesome special surprise birthday lunch

You have not enjoyed the Sea until you have dinned at this restaurant.
Sea food at it's best, prepared and served in the best way.
You will love the fun from shopping around and games for adults and kids to a relaxing meal in an outdoor secure setting.
Be it shopping or eating out as family or a date, this place is a perfect place to be.
There is a kids play area as well under your watch as you eat..

If you want quality and value for money, then you won't go wrong visiting Ocean Basket Menlyn. The service is memorable. Friendly staff and clean layout. Highly recommend visiting them. They have great specials also. Wheelchair friendly and easy accessible. Ample paid parking available. Bathrooms are also clean.

Our first time at the Ocean Basket in Menlyn Mall and definitely not the last. Food was delicious and to top that, the service was excellent. All waiters and waitresses treat you as if they are serving your table. Manager was so friendly as well, checking up on all tables. Will be back soon!
