Very Poor Service by this branch, It is clearly indicate that they sell ice cream ???? but today when I went in to get my daughter a sweet treat of ice cream I was informed that we don’t sell ice with an attitude. Disappointed!

The cinnabons are amazingly delicious, if you take takeaways...not to sit down. Unfortunately the place, even if it has plenty of seating and tables, is often not tidy and the only small garbage bin is overflowing with rubbish. This place could have much more potential if the atmosphere was more welcoming, tidy and organized for clients to sit down.

Menlyn - Waited for 20min in queue, Only two people in front of me. Waited another 10min for our beverages. Place looks disgusting and dirty.

So scrumptious!! So delicious!! Just the perfect dessert or snack. I had some problems with my card that kept declining, the staff member helping me was so friendly and calm. Service was just so good!! Cinnabon is the best!! Love love love!!!

Absolutely enjoyed their cinnamon rolls. The waitress was super kind when I experienced card problems. She took time and wait for me to sort out my card issues. I love it

Absolutely love the service, I'm often in the mall, however, have seen on countless occasions the manager /owner screaming and pointing her fingers in the staffs face. The most recent was 3 days ago and everyone could hear the tone and words coming out of her mouth.
Absolutely disappointed. Someone get rid of her ????
