I love this concept and enjoy the product with three to four cups a day but honestly the review should only be a one star.

The customer service was appalling and it is obvious that the franchise does not care much for social media, perhaps too big to fail? I literally had to raise my voice to get some service. Quite shocking, if my shop had to do that only once I’d have to close. Makes you wonder.

One must however appreciate the look and feel of the shop fittings. Adds to the experience.

There were about 10 people people waiting to buy pods while the two shopkeepers were only interested in giving some in-depth demonstration to two customers.
I understand they want to show people the machines, but they need to understand they need to slightly compromise one persons extremely detailed presentation for 10 guaranteed sales.
I wasn’t the first person to leave without purchasing anything and I seriously doubt I was the last.

What an incredible experience at Nespresso. Staff is so helpful in helping me made a decision in what machine to purchase.
It is a bit pricey but we bite the bullet and went through with the purchase. Very satisfied with the machine we purchased

Very helpful staff and always ready to assist when a customer walks in or to assist with product advice. I have always received good service at this branch and love going back for our monthly coffee supply.

Great place to shop and staff is well trained to help find what you need. Love new designs and stock you have. Please can you try and get a spoon holder, the new spoons are top quality, and I don't just want to put them in a glass u003d).
