Same experience terrible service!!!!! Customer service is terrible the staff were just talking among themselves while there was a long queue of people waiting and when I greeted the lady she fully ignored me and wasn't even paying attention.

I send a cellphone for repair which nothing was given to me to show that I gave them my fone and when I call they always send me pillar to post. The service at foschini menlyn Park is very poor.

No clue about customer service! Terri the manageress verbally abused my wife which by the way spends a lot of money there every month. Terri went up to wife and said to her that she must pull her mask up above her nose, my wife responded that her nose ‘was’ covered. Terri then proceeded to follow her round the store continually hurling insults at her. Saying that she should get out HER store as she was putting the staff at risk. My wife eventually threw down the dress she was planning to buy and left the store! She called me in tears and explained the whole story. Needless to say she will never ever step foot into another Foshini ever again. Terri should learn how to speak to customers and how to treat paying customers. We called Foshini head office to lay a formal complaint but after hanging on for ever we were told a manager would call back, they never did! USELESS USELESS USLESS SERVICE!

I was at Fochini Menlyn branch tonight and was blown away by one of the staff members 'Rose'. She was spectacular! I had a list of items and she stopped with what she was doing, listened intently and ran around knowing where to find each item. She acted like a personal shopper, super friendly and efficient. I was in and out in 30mins and bought 5 items. I really feel like she needs to be rewarded for her excellent service.
Thank you Rose for ending my hardworking day on such a high happy experience.

Your store is really well laid out and the variety of styles and clothing are great, however, the one complaint i have that really puts me off shopping at your store is the extremely loud and monotonous teenybopper club type music that is played. It bombards your senses in a highly negative way and taints my shopping experience. Please change this and create a more pleasurable shopping experience. Thank you.
