It would really help if they had more than one cashier, especially in a busy mall like Menlyn. Waited nearly 20 min just to order. I was third in line and only one cashier.

Come on guys, surely you can afford to have a supervisor or manager jump in and get the orders in quicker.

How do you mess up an order entirely? I ordered a basic 3 chicken burger, each with chips and cool drink. I received 3 BEEF burgers, and the one cooldrink was plain soda water????? I didn't even know that you sell soda water. You just lost a loyal customer.

The only reason we go back to BK is for the food. But this time the chips tasted old and the burger was dry. The service is the worst and the staff is very rude. Why do they put trainees in the front the whole time to mess up each order every time? Also, they repeat everything you say multiple times but still get the order wrong. Won't go there again...

Yesterday I wrote a bad review on the MR D app and would like to apologize for that as this was a mistake that I made. My order was incorrect, I selected the wrong meal. The Food was awesome and my family and enjoyed the meal. If there is a way I can remove the bad review on MR D please let me know and I will remove it. Again I do apologize for the inconvenience.

Worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever! Garbage service, employees have thr worst attitude like they are doing us a favour by being there. I paid for my meal twice, didn't get the food and was refused a refund. Just disgusting. I will never set foot there again.

Uber gave wrong order Burger King refuse to send us our correct order we paid for . 2 hours later they refund us. We had a look at what we got(wrong order) it was disgusting and old

As much as I love Burger King, their customer service is so terrible, they either get orders incorrect (always) or the employees give attitude, we always have a bad experience. You guys must just shut it down, because costumers can’t keep on complaining about the same thing everytime!
