The cafe is located at entrance 10, you can park at the parking there but it’s open and your car will get blasted by the sun. For covered parking, park at P3 by Pick n Pay or Food Lover’s Market, and a very short walk to the cafe. Otherwise it’s chilled vibes, outside seating area is great for people watching - it’s right by the drop-off/pickup point at the mall. They also have hookah stands.

I had a Mandela burger, chicken was well cooked, the buns had margarine and that made a great difference, and I could barely taste the onion ring which is great for me because I don’t really like it but it added to the overall taste. A fresh and good portion of chips, served in an adult-sized container unlike those skinny containers that hold about 10 chips. The dish was served with a sauce which was very delicious, a little tangy, a little sweet, light and creamy.

To drink, I had a non-alcoholic Cookies u0026 Cream milkshake - an “adult” version has liqueur in it. It was kinda light in texture but very delicious.

Hello Hard Rock my old friend... we have not been in your fold for some time after opening in Pretoria... must admit you have been falling into disrepear over time, the staff was on point and wonderfull during ouf visit... the vibe is still there, but the Famous Fajitas was only 30% as good... Remember the cheff can only work with what they are given by managment...

Food was not bad tried something we never had before . It was fun and funny the menu had less choices of food. Service was not good the is so much going on so I didn't understand the music was not great

In the Middle of a big shopping center, you’ll find the Hard Rock Cafe.
A big selection of American food with great fresh quality. Pricing is fair and the service great.
We will definitely come back.

We were in the mall and after our shopping, we decided to try the Menlyn branch of Hard Rock Cafe. Warm welcome at the door and we chose a booth to sit. Our waiter Andrew was friendly and we placed the drinks order. After having a look at the menu, we both opted for the legendary burger. Initially I thought the burger had shoestring onions on it, but when it arrived, there was one deep-fried onion ring. Was expecting the shoestring onions...
Needless to say, good taste and the chips was cooked perfectly. Will return.

We decided on Hard Rock for a quick dinner tonight. It wasn’t too busy, so there were plenty of space to sit. We took one of the booths (if you are short, the table might be a bit too high for you). After our drink orders arrived, we ordered burgers (Whiskey infused, Lava Java (hot) and Hickory Smoked). We ordered medium well, but the patties were a bit on the dry side. I guess medium is probably the right way to order them. Finished off with a hot fudge brownie (big enough to share).

We were greatly taken care of by Cara and Cleo. Had an amazing stay and enjoyed their delicious burgers a lot.
Will gladly visit them again.
