I love this store, I always get what I need both for myself and my kids.
However, the staff can do with some customer relations training. I didn't know that when it's loadshedding their system takes time to come back. But when I entered the store that was fully lit (by power backup) I forgot about loadshedding. The que was long with only one cashier assisting a customer, while the rest were gathered at one till point chatting.
Worse part, they kept looking at the agitated customers and continued to chat with each other. I finally decided to approach one of the free staff members to pay for the sweets I'd already opened while waiting in line. I had cash to pay with. Only when I asked what's with the long que and no service did he say that they're still waiting for the system due to loadshedding. I asked why no one is not saying something to the customers? Only then did he apologise to me only. I then gave him the cash, told him to keep the change, put the items in front of him and left the store very disappointed. ☹️
