I had to replace my watch strap. Thobile assisted me by ordering the strap and she kept me updated the whole time. When they got the strap she called and also cleaned my watch after putting on the new strap. She made it a nice experience for me. Keep up the good work Thobile.

Garbage after-sales service! If you buy their watches and ask them again, they won't help you solve the problem. Their staff will tell you that you can sell it and give it away. They just won't help you solve it. They say it's the buyer's own problem. They're not responsible for solving it.

I was there with my husband to choose a watch for me. (My birthday present). The sales lady was very rude so I just didnt say anything turned around and walked out. Good buy Swatch that was part of my and family's life for more than 20 years.

Store not open during operating hours. Been waiting for more than 30 minutes, without any person being in store.
Then lady came back to the store trying to convince me that she was in store.
Service definitely not on standard.

I had an awesome experience with the ladies today.
They helped me, were very friendly and polite and even changed my battery for free and cleaned the face thereof.

Due to covid policies from our president, for our and their protection only one is allowed in that small space and people must please respect that and have patience.

I felt safe and looked after today and would highly recommend them to the public.

Wanted to buy watch there BUT when I got to the store the lady working there rudely declined entry to the store since there were already 3 people inside ( 2 clients and herself). I walked passed the again later and there were 6 people inside. Ended up buying a fossil watch instead since I don't want to support places with rude staff.

(Seems like it is a trend since I have read other reviews with the exact same type of compliant for this year)
