Worst customer service ever. I bought a cellphone on the 22nd of January and it kept freezing so I sent it back for repairs on 16 February (after 7 days they don't refund you and I'm okay with that). I was helped by an Emmanuel who only booked the phone on the 23rd of February, which I found out when I went to the store because he kept ignoring my calls. Till date (24 March) the phone hasn't been picked up for repairs from the store. As much as there is Covid delaying many things, it's impossible that the delay is that long only on cellphones yet they get stock delivered every week. When I ask for my phone back they say it's a process that takes days to cancel the repair request. So I bought a phone but it's not with me, I can't have it back because that is also a process, needless to say I bought the cellphone because I needed it. It would be better that I'm waiting for a cellphone that's being repaired but I'm waiting for something that is collecting dust on their shelves. *Update* The only response I received from Customer Service was an automatic email acknowledging my email, nothing else after that. So disappointed in TFG, and I have been a loyal customer for years. Ironic enough when I contacted the phone manufacturer directly they picked up the phone from my house within 48 hours for repairs.
