The service is so good, the guy working there with dreadlocks is so patient with customers, my husband spent almost an hour trying to get good sneakers for himself but the guy assisted him till his final choice of a pair of sneakers.

Good store and good service. We have been buying from this Sketchers for a few years now and we cant complain about anything. The shoes last a long time and they are good quality. My daughter went through probably three pairs of Sketchers already. Even ones with flashy lights that still work. Cant complain about this store. Staff seems eager to assist

DISGUSTING customer service! I will never return to this store again. Both staff members remained behind the counter on their cellphones and did not even greet us as we walked in or offer us assistance. We were the only people in the store. We were looking for two pairs of sneakers but could not try on the correct sizes as we weren't helped at all. I wouldn't recommend that anyone visit this store, rather go to the centurion branch or anywhere else for that matter.

Was told today they only stock up to size 9 for men. Now how is that possible? You are killing your budiness. The branch in Canal Walk also useless as we checked there last week and the variety they offer is very litlle compared to Menlyn. They also did not have u003c than 9 available.Are they closing the shop?
At this rate they are loosing sales as they have no clue what to stock
Rather import what i want

Seriously? Other reviewers were not joking when they said this store doesn't carry stock. Lady helping me said that there's no point in even checking for size 10's - apparently they are just too popular she claims... Sigh...

Skechers Menlyn is extremely disappointing. As a runner who loves their shoes, it has become impossible to stick with the brand. They don't carry stock. Their staff are great, and apologize repeatedly for lack of shoes, but this doesn't help me. No Go Run 5, or Ride 6, or Ride 7 in size. What is it with the owners of this store? Pathetic. Bye bye Skechers.

They have no shoes in Ladies size 6, the staff told me they have told the managers to order more, but apparently the managers don’t want to listen to their advise. Don’t waste your time if you are looking for a ladies size 6.
