I wish I can leave less stars, and now I understand the bad reviews this franchise gets. I came to a totally empty sorbet (see photos below) to my 1 hour appointment with my aunty who can't walk for too long. They said she has to leave the shop if she wasn't doing any treatment. We asked if she could sit inside few chairs away and wait for me and they said no because the covid rules. I understand social distancing if the shop has other people inside, but there was no one! What a way to loose more clients Sorbet!

Service was good. I've been a few times and not all the staff are really friendly so not always very nice and usually you go to the salon to feel good and that puts a damper on the experience. There are other spas out there that give far greater service at the same price.

Very unpleasant experience. Called the morning for an appointment, was told they would call me back which didn't happen. Arrived for my appointment at three and was told they had booked it for four, but then they decided that it had been booked for three. After the pedicure the technician wanted to immediately replace my shoes, but decided differently when her supervisor said that the nail polish was still wet. I also have two very panful toes, the technician somehow managed to take the skin of my toe next to my big toe on both my feet and left a raw sore on both toes. I would advise against using this Salon. It should after all be a treat not an unpleasant experience.

Always, always, always has the best service :) 1000% recommend - I go there for Gelish nails, so can't speak on their other services, but their nail techs are great!
