Saw an online special and went into the store to get the book to avoid waiting several days for delivery. The lady at the front desk just ignored my request for the same discount, and charged the full price without hesitation. Needless to say that I will never support or recommend this store again and will keep on ordering online stock to get a much better customer experience.
