I give these people a triple AAA+ rating. I went there looking for some clothing items. I managed to buy two which were in stock. They then sourced for me from other shops all over SA. At one point these items were sent to the Eastern Cape. Finally they came back to Menlyn and I went, paid and collected.
They were updating me on their progress whenever there was some activity.

I dealt mostly with Smange (or something like that) who made sure I was kept abreast with the progress.

Hats off to you guys. I won't think twice about heading over to Sportsman Warehouse Menlyn again.

Good variety of different brands for clothing. The staff were friendly and helped me find what I was looking for

I went sportsmans warehouse Menlyn today. I went to look for gym gloves,went to the section in the store where the gloves were. Found a male staff member named "Mpho" there and greeted him. He did not respond a d did not bother to offer any help. When i went to pay, he passed by the till and wanted to sort off claim that it was his sale. As if he assisted me. I told the lady who was helping me that Mpho was not helpful in any way. When i lefy the store,i heard the lady telling Mpho what I had to her and they laughed. Very unproffesional bunch.

Modern store, decent variety. Some items they keep arent top quality brands though

Please educate your staff on the Vitality benefit. They don’t understand the different options.
