Only two cashiers 1. Card 2. Cash Only!
Your system and card machines are outdated, the customer before us were not allowed to use his phone to make payment, he left the store and the front desk phone were not working to call a manager to reverse the transaction! We left the store without purchasing anything! The store staff are very load!

Shop is very cluttered...not much space to walk between the aisles. Toys without prices are very frustrating. Just went from a previous 3 stars to 1 star. Have been standing in the que for almost 10 minutes. Only one teller. Have to assist with numerous queries from customer and register some or other loyal card. Not cool.when asking where manager is...other staff members just turn back and walked away.

Worst Christmas shopping experience. Left makro etc because I wanted my gifts wrapped. No notice at teller only told at wrapping counter that I must buy my own wrapping paper. Asked manager to make a plan who looked at me like I'm crazy and he told me it's beyond his means. He said ran out of paper on 22 Dec knowing it's busy season but did not make a plan! I don't know what this Manager is paid for but managers are paid to think. This is a marketing strategy the company cannot compromise because that's what attracts customer. Cut cost but not this. I buy there for convenience. I will never buy there again.

We usually have issues with our Discovery and ToysRUs benefits on Vitality. Not due to ToysRUs but due to Discovery. Today Thandeka assisted us to go through numerous pins and options to get a discount through. She stayed amazingly patient throughout the process and I'd like to commend her customer service. She really deserves the 5 stars.

The store had everything I needed however the person who was assisting me was not so helpful, I wanted to buy a swing chair and when I asked him to show me how it works with the one displayed at the store he bluntly refused. He told me they don't have batteries/the correct plug/adapter in the store, I don't understand how you put something on display but you don't want people to see how it works before buying. I had to go to the Toys R Us in Mall of Africa and they showed me how it works and that's where I bought.

Shika is the rudest cashier I've ever came across. My phone didn't want to tap so I asked him for another machine and his response was : "don't make your problem my problem"
