Overall it wasn’t a pleasant experience. We decided to go through the drive thru but the lady inside didn’t understand that with our wraptsa box meal’s beverage was to be swopped for water so we went inside to place our order.

The teller inside who took our order said that we cannot swop our beverage for water. After pointing out on the menu behind her that you can infact swop it for water called the manager.

The manager then checked the system and said that there is no option for swopping. I can’t blame the manager for this but why does their menu say in capital letters that you can?

Not only could we not have our meal with water but the wrap suddenly does not come with lettuce and tomato. It was cheese, chicken and sauce in the wrap and it tasted awful.

Dismal fail on KFC’s side.

This is a Saturday morning. Not only once, we often see they placed the chips, even "outside" of the warm plate over 5 min. They took back to the frying area again (from the circled area of the photo). McDonald's does much better than this branch. McDonald's only scoop chips before packing. This branch is totally unacceptable. The attitude of the staff members are not acceptable. Like we owe them money! KFC Atterbury Boulevard and KFC Gift Acres are much more organised. I am surprised anyone will give them over 2 stars rating for this branch since late 2019.

I’m a vegetarian but I love the boxmaster wrap. I just order it with the chicken separated (so not in the wrap). Both times I’ve been to the kfc they’ve left the chicken in the wrap and today they forgot half my friend’s meal.

I ordered 2 x Colonel burgers and both came with only the buns, chicken and mayonnaise. There was no garnishing whatsoever and when I questioned them about it they said "oh, sorry, we didn't have any tomatoes". I am quite disgusted as this is the first time I've purchased food from this KFC and it was utterly disappointing. I left the place hungry as I requested a refund which took another 10 minutes to arrange and then I was late for a meeting as a result. What a disappointment! I think this branch should close down as they are completely incompetent.

Worst KFC experience ever, went through drive through waited 20 min to get to intercom and after struggling to place an order with the lady she "kindly" informed us that they only had 2 chicken fillers left and no other food... Spent a total of an hour trying to get out of the drive through, there were 2 cars in front of us.

Terrible service on the evening of 30 April 2019. After I placed my order, I realised there were no orders coming out and a lot people waiting. When I spoke to the other clients that were waiting, they said they have been waiting for half an hour and still have not received their food. I decided to cancel my order and leave. The manager, Trevor, was not helpful at all. Will not go back to this KFC.

Had to wait 26 minutes for chicken. At KFC. That's their main item and they didn't have enough. There weren't any long queues or a lot of people either.
